This happened few months ago.
I was already used that the distance shown after the run in the gym (treadmill) was off by half a kilometer, sometimes it was acceptable anyway.
If I did not like it, I could click on 'calibrate' and enter the distance shown on the treadmill.
Now, not just the distance ia ridiculously low, when I enter into calibrate, most of the digits are greyed out.
I.e. I need to enter 6 km, but I can only press on 0, 1, 2
