Can’t Find New Watch Faces on Watch

I have installed 4 watch Faces to my Garmin Connect App. I can see them in the IQ Store. When I click on Watch Face on my watch I cannot see the 4 Watch Faces on my watch to install them to my main Watch Face. Hope this makes sense . I only have the default watch face now.
  • Check on your phone under the device, then under Activities& App Management>Watchfaces to see if they are installed (it could be they haven't been sent to the watch yet).

    If they show, try turning off the watch and turning it back on.
  • Thanks. It worked .i didn’t want to turn my watch off as I was close to 20000 steps. I have a streak going. I hit the 20000 then shut it off

    I have tried this every way I can (rebooted watch, in-paired and re-paired) and I cannot get watch faces, apps or anything from Connectiq- this is a new watch.  It kills the battery (from 100% to 22% in 2 days); won’t load the watch faces, or other exercises like 7 min or 5k.

    Should I just give up?  Any ideas?

    Thanks. Tried everything to get Titanium watch face back. Nothing worked. Turned watch off as you suggested and back on. Watch face magically reappeared. Thanks. Brilliant ThumbsupI had re- installed this face but couldn't find it on the watch. Very pleased I found your advice. Thanks again!!
