vivoactive 3 Music and Face it?

The product page says Face It will work with the vivoactive 3 Music, has anyone actually tried it and been successful? I have been able to make the custom face with the app, but the app does not recognize the watch as a compatible product. Any ideas on how to get it to work?

Usually the Face It app is updated with a delay for compatibility with freshly released watches.

I tried it yesterday with the VA3m and it worked fine. Play shows a recent update to the app to support VA3m, remix, etc.
