For the past several months, my workouts have remained pretty constant. My VO2 max has gone from 49 to 36, without any change to diet or exercise and it is really annoying. My Heartrate during cardio is the same, if not higher, but my calories burned are about 75% of what they used to be. Nothing seems to be accurate. For weightlifting, the results are similar, 75% of what I was burning before. Has anyone else experienced similar changes?
Has your weight or height changed by any chance? (the values registered in your profile and/or on your device) Weight and height are factors in calculations for both VO2max and calories. You should also check your activity class as I believe it affects the calculations as well.
Weight has gone up a few pounds from lifting, height remains the same. I even went in two days ago and lowered my exercise level by 1 to see if it would have an impact.
