Iphone Pairing / Syncing problems

My Vivoactive 3 was connecting most of the time. But, it continuously disconnected and re-connected many times throughout the day to my iPhone 8. Yesterday it became impossible to connect. The device could not be located by Garmin connect and was not visible in my Bluetooth on my phone.

I tried the usual methods: turning off the phone, turning off watch, and stopping and starting Bluetooth. I then tried a hard reset of the watch and tried to pair. Nothing worked. I then deleted the Garmin app from my phone and when reinstalled, I was able to pair but it then disconnected again. I did the first steps again and finally, after another hard reset of the watch, I am able to connect to the phone and sync. All of these procedures take a lot of time and is very annoying.

Is anyone else having these issues? If so, how do resolve the issues?

    I am facing the same issue but with an android device. That's an Xperia mobile and only after its restart I can sync for a while. Then suddenly it is impossible. Next time instead of a restart I'll just shut down Garmin Connect Mobile with a fresh restart.
