Stuck on a screen

Hi there

My VA3 is stuck on a screen "recovery heart rate 94bpm [0bpm] " and nothing works, I can unlock the screen but no matter what I press and for how long nothing happens. I guess I just return it to the store?

BTW. Whoever is managing those forums should hate himself for how *job he or she is doing. I can't upload a photo because EVERYTHING is too big. This is a support forum for a paid product and the user experience here is *.

michaell We would recommend connecting your device to a power source and then performing a hard reset by holding the power button in for up to 15 seconds. I am sorry to hear about your issues with uploading images, but it is possible when the image has been resized appropriately.
