Cannot install watch faces

While trying to install some new watch face (for instance ActiFace), or some other widgets or apps I get an error messages stating that I have to update my VA. The problem is that I run on the latest firmware version (currently I believe this is 3.5).
Any ideas?

Found the solution in the forum: Un-paired the VA from my phone and re-paired them.
