"Random" vibrations every few hours

My VA3 seems to "randomly" vibrate every so often and I'm trying to figure out whats causing it. Nothing shows up on the display when the vibration happens. The vibration lasts slightly longer than a regular phone notification

In my watch Settings > Activity tracking I have the following settings:
Status: On
Move Alert: Off
Goal Alerts: Off
Auto activity start: On

What else could cause the watch to vibrate? It cant be things like phone notifications because they would show up on the screen

I'm thinking it could be me clearing the move bar? Is there a way to turn that vibration off?

I'm guessing Status controls things like the move bar. If I turn Status to Off then all the other activity tracking options disappear, but I want features like MoveIQ and Auto activities in case I forget to manually track something

I have had this also. It is pretty annoying. I know it isn't the clear bar because I have had happen a few times in the matter of 30 minutes. Hopefully it is just an update away.
  • Do you have phone connection alerts enabled? It could be BTLE disconnecting & reconnecting periodically.
  • Phone connect/disconnect would be my first guess. Also you can turn the move alert off without turning off all activity tracking.

so my BTLE does connect/reconnect but I can see when thats happening because a message pops up

and my move alerts are off so it shouldnt be those

it seems to only happen when Ive been sitting at my desk for a bit, then when I get up to walk for maybe 5 seconds it starts vibrating...
