I'm not sure if this is related to the new SW or the "alarm is 1 hour late" problem but ...
Last night, I synced and charged my VA3. When it was charged to about 95%, I pulled cable from watch. (I forgot to press the "eject" symbol before unplugging on the VA3 watchface).
I did a hard reset (held button down for over 15 secs to turn watch off). And turned back on.
I didn't confirm the time of day on VA3.
This morning, the time of day shown on VA3 was 0640, when correct time was about 0715 -- I thinking this 35 min difference is about the same amount of time I charged the VA3.
I have not had this problem before.
The only thing I can think of is I just pulled cable from VA3 after charging (without pressing the eject symbol on watchface).
