I have an old Polar H7 HRM which works via bluetooth that I hadn't used in a while. Today I connected it to my VA3 using a new battery and the connection was really unstable. It connects/reconnects every 4-5 seconds. Has anyone else had this issue? At this point I can't even tell if it's an issue with VA3 or H7.
No issues with H7 here. I've changed the strap recently though, because the old one was giving me trouble with measurements. The cheap chinese replacement strap from Amazon works better than original.
Yeah I talked to Polar team and they mentioned the strap may be the culprit - they also asked for $35 for a new strap. Can you share the link to the one you purchased? Thanks!
