new VA3 user here. Tried doing this from the store. get an error that my device isn't connected with my app - it is, everything works great in that regard. Then if I try again it says it's having trouble connecting to the server.
after multiple attempts was able to get it repaired - not simple by any stretch. Tried to download again and says the server is busy. WTF Garmin? So far not impressed.
