Bricked....that’s it for me!

Well after my watch bricked on the weekend I decided this was the final straw and managed to get a full refund. It’s a bit dissapointing because this watch promised a lot but just failed to deliver and the support offered by Garmin was non existent. Not sure I’ll ever hear back on my open tickets.

Based on my experience with Garmin I can’t justify spending additional money on a stable Garmin watch (such as the 935 or Fenix). I guess I’ll forgo battery life and get an Apple Watch which is the same price as the VA3. At least I know issues will be resolved quickly and customer service is acceptable.
