Hello! You don't specify your watch here but I'll try to help. If you go into the watch face menu, you can scroll down or to the right ,depending on your watch, until you find the add new option. Then, if you still remember what the watch face looked like then you can make it again on the watch. Just choose the right background and hands that were on your old face and you should be able to restore the watch face.
Our pre-installed watch faces do not require payment. If it is one you installed from the Connect IQ store, please try reinstalling it by finding it on our Connect IQ store. Otherwise, you'll want to reach out to the App developer.
