Mine too using GE. This might be more useful then FW 3.30 since the sensor hub wasn't updated with that release. 5.50 -> 5.80. Hopefully this helps with the sensor drops. Keeping my fingers crossed and will report.
Thinking now that the FR645 is out the door, Garmin programmers can dedicate more time to fixing issues with the VA3. Comparing FW versions between the VA3 and FR645 (both have GPS v.4.30, Connect IQ is little newer on the 645 (2.4.2 vs 2.4.1) WHR = assuming Wearable Heart Rate little newer on the FR645 (20.03.25 vs 20.03.24). Sensor hub is now 6.00.00 on the FR645 (5.60 at release) so VA3 version is somewhat in the middle at 5.80. Of course only VA3 has TSC = assuming Touch Screen Control at 2.10. Assuming FR645 and VA3 hardware is almost identical; so there's your probably useless information for the day :).
Each line has its own development team so those who were working on the 645 are on the Forerunner team have little to nothing to do with this watch as the Vivo line will have their own group of programmers.
It seems like there's a lot of crossover between the Fenix team and the people who work on the 935 but that's a unique case since they're pretty much the same watch.
Something like SensorHub is fairly small, and there's a chance you got it over bluetooth and it's already installed, which would explain why you don't see it on GE.
Mine as well, unasked, reading an email on the watch.
This was quite fast, but in some situations, it is very annoying not to be asked to install the update. For example driving with a car, using a radar-app, which will stop notifying you.
