Alarm malfunctions/ issues

(1) My "monday to friday" wake up alarm has stopped working. It had been working since I set it about 45 days ago. Anyway, it stopped about 5 days ago. At first I thought I just overslept and missed it, but now I'm sure it's not working. The alarm (6:45am) shows up in the watch itself and on Garmin Connect mobile (where I set it up in the first place) as active.


(2) to test the above issue, I set up a "one time" alarm. My "no frills" watchface showed 2 alarms. The 2nd alarm worked properly and I stopped it (I'm positive I stopped it and did not hit "snooze"). After, my "no frills" watchface showed I still have 2 alarms. However, 10 mins. later it went off again. My watch now shows 1 alarm (presumably my weekday wake up alarm).

UPDATE: I still have a problem:
  • I deleted the first alarm from Garmin Connect mobile/ synced with phone and first alarm was gone.
  • i reset the wake up alarm in Garmin Connect mobile and synced several times with phone.
  • New wake up alarm does not show up on watch!

    Try setting the alarm on your watch, I bought my watch in October 17 and set an alarm then and haven't had any issues, I set a one off one on the mobile connect app and it didn't work. Not sure if it will fix your problem but worth a try.
  • I called garmin support and they had me completely uninstall e
    va3 from my iPhone and reinstall-pair it. Then set alarm. Appears to work now.

    Explanation was old alarm file may have been corrupt and was causing issues. Who knows but I do not want to do this each time I delete an alarm.
