having the same problem "abnormal heart rate detected" (something like that), restarted twice, still getting the same problem. The watch doesn't display time at all.
Did you resolve this? Mine has just stopped working. The green lights are not working at all, but when I am doing an activity I get a reading,which is odd.
Yes - a soft reset fixed this. Press the bezel for 15 seconds until it turns off. Press again for a second or two to restart (you'll see a faint triangle) and you should be good to go.
Has anyone solved this as I'm struggling with the same. It was working earlier but after I woke up from a nap while my watch was charging, the sensor didn't work. I tried resetting and also factory resetting..
