Charging Stand

Hello to everyone in the Garmin Forums,

I only had my Vivoactive 3 for a couple of weeks and I think it is great.
I was just wondering if anyone knew of a Charging Stand for the Vivoactive 3 or a Generic stand that can be used ?
I know there a plenty for the Apple watch, but I can't seem to find anything for a Garmin watch.
Any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately Garmin does not sell any watch stands. You may be able to find a generic watch stand online that you could plug the device into. The link from Amazon did not bring up a watch stand.

I understand that we would like to save the electrical connector from snapping the charger cable million times along the life of the unit,
but also not sure (reading from description) that a magnetic holding will not harm the internals?
Ordering one and will be back if anything goes wrong :)

Magnets won't hurt anything, but you are still plugging into the charging port. This will not lessen any wear and tear on using the port frequently. You may save wear and tear on the charging cable, but not on the watch.

And the batteries usually have a 2-3 year life. Even if you charge every day, that is only about 1000 charging cycles/connections.

My VA3 battery can last between weekends :) but I have turned off all real time communication with the phone. Walking every day for 30 minutes during lunchtime as auto activity and every second day day turning on the GPS+Glonass tracking but this just for a fun...winter is here @ my place next 6 or so months, not really pleasant for any other - longer outdoor activities.
Wondering how long the battery would last with all the bells and whistles active connections with the phone, but if I would really need those I would probably already use...

Good find! Just received mine and it works and looks pretty sweet! For $12 you can't go wrong; plus it has a long usb cord.

got it today, the connector clicks and hold pretty aggressive, not sure if I want to use it
