I have bought Vivoactive to my mother in law and I did in Germany as Czech Garmin was unable to deliver it during last year. I have seen many devices bought elsewhere but always Czech language was there. With Vivoactive 3, it is not. Czech Garmin says that Czech language is only intended for Czech bought devices.
Is this matter of just firmware that would need to be installed manually and not throught Garmin Express, or is this matter of some database on Garmin side that I cannot change? Anyone knows any hacking tip please?
