Hi,

I emailed Garmin a few weeks ago describing issues I've had with my device. Disconnecting from phone, disconnecting from Hr strap, rapid battery drain. The usual complaints seen on the forum. Today they have emailed saying I can send my watch off for a replacement. I just wondered if anyone had sent their watch off and how long it took to turn around before the new watch arrived. I'm skiing in 4 weeks so really want the watch back by then. It says 14 days approx turn around but would like reasuring as it' taken 2 weeks to reply to my email.
