Calibrating treadmill

I read everything there is on this forum about calibrating a treadmill exercise.

I entered a wrong distance, 10 times to short, and cannot correct this. In the field where the only choice is to save or discard I tried discard, got a dustbin, tried that and lost the information. Several times. Tried save and couldn"t calibrate either.

Even restoring factory defaults didn’t solve my problem. No matter how often I try, I can’t get to the field with the three dots I need to calibrate again.

I hope someone can help me. This is very disappointing.

I had the same issue myself before I read somewhere that you won't get the three dots unless you do a run of minimum 1 mile/1,6km.
I tried again after a longer run and I was then given the option of entering a new calibration value.

Correct. Do over a mile run and enter the information correctly this time :)
