Need Help Pairing with Schwinn Eschelon MPower2 Console

i have zero clue what I am doing and I have been trying to pair to Garmin Vivoactive 3 with my Indoor Bike for a week using various methods I found online. Sadly my bike is awesome but came with zero instructions on how to do anything. It was custom built and calibrated before delivery.

Im new to the whole fitness smart watch concept. Any help would be appreciated.

My bike is a Schwinn AC Perf Pro Carbon Blue with an installed MPower2 Console with ANT+.

I know it can be done, but I'm clueless.

Thank you - Robin
  • It will depend on what Ant+ spec the computer is using. If it's using the Ant standard that's meant to be used with gym equipment (ANT-FE? Or something like that) it's not supported at all by the watch. If it's using normal speed/cadence/power Ant standard then you should be able to pair the speed and cadence portions but not power because the watch doesn't support it.
  • I don't have the MPower2 Console but from what I read about it I understood that it does not transmit anything over ANT+, but can receive ANT+ data from external sensors. This means that you need to enable HR broadcast on your VA3 (can anyone with a VA3 confirm if this watch supports this?) and then pair a HR monitor on your console. Unless I misunderstood something this is the only thing that can be done.

I'm having the same issue, It shows on www.thisisant.com that the computer and the watch are compatible, and Schwinn demonstrates connecting a garmin watch (310xt) and it works great. What gives?
