Since Sunday’s update my Vivoactive 3 has crashed several times, keeps under measuring or losing HR altogether during activity, and lost 10 minutes last night overnight, despite having used GPS yesterday evening, and also having synced before bed. Chat support not very helpful. Is there a way to roll back the update? I didn’t even get a prompt for install, it auto started and crashed during an activity. Not impressed! Any help appreciated! Thanks
I’m new to this device but really fed up with drop outs during activity. Particularly on bike with Garmin speed sensor - although HR also seems to stall when this happens. Battery life is also a bit disappointing.
