First off, my apologies if this is already been beaten to the ground. I’m posting off of my phone I cannot find the search button to see if this topic has already been talked about time and time again so I do apologize for that.
I am a competitive tennis player and cross train in the gym 4 to 5 times a week. First and foremost, I’m looking for a fitness oriented watch first, not necessarily a smartwatch first. That is what it is leading me towards the Garmin.
I want to be able to track my mileage when playing tennis, although I know the GPS will not work the greatest on the court, I should still be able to figure out my mileage based off of steps. Heart rate is something that I want to pay attention to and calories burned while playing.
I have read mixed reviews on both devices especially when comparing them in the gym vs cardio based activities so I came here looking to be pointed one direction vs the other by hopefully some of you who have used both.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
