Not receiving any notifications

Since update 2.70 and now on version 2.80 my vivoactive 3 is not receiving any kind of notifications.
I checked all permissions on the phone and its all allowed to have access on sms and on phone. All settings are enabled in garmin connect but nothing. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the garmin connect and gave permissions allow when asked.
Anyone else had this issue and got it fixed?

I was having some of the same type of problem after the update to 2.80. I could some get phone calls and emails notifications but not text message (no vibration just the message icon). I also reinstalled the both the PC and Mobile apps and did a hard reset on the watch (several times). Seemed to resolve phone call and email issues, but not text notifications. I have an LG G6 and use the verizon messanger plus app for text.I finally reset my text app on the phone and it fixed my problem. I am now getting the text notofictaions on the phone. In case you haven't already done so besure to check the phone settings on the watch.I found that sometimes the update changes the settings. Also do the hard reset if you haven't.

Is Verizon Messenger Plus still working OK for you? I used to use that text app when I first got my VA3 back in September and everything worked great. Around FW 2.60, the text notifications on my watch became intermittent and I had to switch to the standard stock text app that came on my phone. I've had no issues with the stock app, but I prefer to use Vzn Msgr + if it's stable.

It does seem to be working fine now and getting all notifications. It was working fine on my regular VA. I got the VA 3 for Christmas and it updated to 2.80 at about that same time and thought that it was the update that caused the problem. Went back to stock app for the G6 to try it and it seemed to work fine. Decided to try the messenger + app again, beacuse I also prefer this app, so I uninstalled the messenger app, reinstalled and tried it again and so far it is working.
