Notifications won't stop

In the IOS app set the Phone Notificaitonsto Off and Off but they just keep coming. How do I stop my watch from getting emails, facebook ... messages?

Try to set the same on the watch: Settings - Phone - Notifications

On your iphone, go to notifications, then each individual app. Turn off the "show in history" for the apps for which you do not want notifications to go to your watch. Took me about 10 days to figure this out...

Thanks all I worked out that the setting in the Garmin App won't do it, has to be done on the watch itself :-)
