VA3 with Stages Power Meter Crank

Hello, I have a Vivoactive 3 and I can't connect it to my Stages (model SPM1, latest firmware) Power meter. The stages connects fine with my friend's Fenix 5, Edge 1000 and iPhone via the Stages app, and the VivoActive 3 (latest firmware) connects fine with a Watt Bike power meter. Any ideas?

Pretty sure Power meters aren’t supported on the VA3. I think it’s only on 935, 920, latest Fenixes and later Edge units.

weird, it picks up a wattbike power meter no problems.

What data does it get from the wattbike? Maybe it's just some basic stuff.
