Can't open GarminPay on Connect app

My VA3 has the 2.7 software and the Connect Mobile app has the 4.1.11 version. It's supposed to allow me to set up GarminPay, but it's showing me this screen - see attached picture. But my VA3 is up to date! So what should I do now?? ciq.forums.garmin.com/.../1284381.png
