It seems all the online reviews (even the supposed in-depth ones) cover exactly the same material and they all happen to skip over what I'm interested in. There are lots of mentions of the guided workout programs and even more winging about the lack of music storage, but nothing that gives me a real idea of how the guided workouts work.
I have never had a Garmin watch, but have been training for a half marathon with Nike Run Club on my phone.
On NRC, you choose a race date and a few more bits of info, whereafter a customized training program is created. You do your runs with voice guidance (for example, when to push and when to slow down) and as you do more training sessions, the program is adjusted based on your performance.
So I like that. Is that in any way similar to the way guided workouts on the Vivoactive 3 works? And can I get prompts over Bluetooth earphones, or just on the display itself?
