Migrating To New Phone

Hi,

I must be missing something obvious. I just got a new phone, so I restored it from a backup of the old phone (both iOS). Then I deleted the app on the old phone, but in the new phone it wasn't connecting, so I removed the device to add again. But whenever I select Pair Phone in the watch menu, it almost immediately displays "Already Paired", and the phone app eventually says it cannot find anything to connect to.

I tried looking on the web but couldn't find any obvious solution.

I'm stumped, any help would be appreciated.
