Vivoactive 3 auto lap issues

Has anyone had/resolved an issues with auto lap distance? I have been using the watch for a month now and have all settings set to metric, on both connect and the watch but every time I change the auto lap time to 1 km it defaults back to 0.62 km after a period of time (usually a couple of hours).

Garmin told me to set auto lap to 1 km turn off auto lap and hard restart the watch. I ended up loosing a half days activity and this did not solve the issue. Very annoying issue for a not so cheap watch!

Any help would be appreciated!

Update ...I went to update my autolap to 1km before running today, and low and behold, it was already at 1km (not .62) - not sure if this was to do with my updating before each run, or a patch....Hope your issue is fixed to...:)

I thought I had this licked, but I did a "reset to default", and the problems back. How do you enter the lap? I've tried pressing on the check mark. No response. .

I can set the autolap on the watch to 1.00 km. As soon as Garmin Connect syncs, it's back to 0.62 km. Is there a setting in Garmin Connect I am missing? Thank you.

look your parameter. you are in miles and not KM. i had the same probleme because a i bought my watch in US and i live in France.
so when you set 1.00 it is miles not KM

It is not the setting in miles that is the problem. I had the same issue, after synchronizing it reverted to 0.62 km. Apparently there is a problem with the watch connecting with the server or whatever. However, the workaround is that if you set the autolap to 1.61 km (which is one mile), after synchronizing it reverts to 1 KM. There is definitely a BUG somewhere.....
