Is there any way to manually add coordinates to the Navigation app without actually being at that location? For instance, I want to add the location of somewhere I want to navigate to. Also, is there a way to add/edit names to these locations? Thanks.
No, the VA3 will only "navigate" you back to locations you've only been to if you saved that location. As far as "I'm here and now want to go there" it isn't possible. There are CIQ apps that will plan routes for you and you download them to your VA3. I recommend the dwMap app.

The navigation app on the watch is basic (but useful for finding the car in car park etc)... if you want more feature, then you need to go to a "Connect IQ navigation app". there are some excellent ones in the Connect IQ store.
Some app will allow you to create a route, path etc online and uploaded it to the Watch (if you want only one point, create a very short 1 waypoint route!). They will then give you turn by turn direction on your path. If you are "off-course" they will point you towards your nearest waypoint in a similar fashion to the Garmin navigation app (arrow on the screen + distance) this might do what you are after (and more).
