Is it possible to set Hot Buttons for Timer or StopWatch in Vivoactive 3?

In Fenix 5X I've got an ability to set Timer or StopWatch by hot buttons (pressing Start or Back button.) I gueess it's not possible to do it for Vivoactive 3 coz it doesn't have buttons?
In this case? is it possible to set Timer for Controls Menu ? Could you advise how to do it?

With the VA3, a long press on the button will open the "control menu". you can customise this menu

- via the connect app: on the menu (3 horizontal line top left corner) -> Garmin device (at the bottom of the menu) -> Tap on the VA3 -> Device settings -> Display Option -> Control Menu, or on the watch setting itself. There, you can add shortcut (similar to the "hot button") for timer and stopwatch to access.

To use it, long press on the VA3key (to display the control menu) and tap the timer\stopwatch icon to start it! very quick.

I've added Timer manually through touchscreen. Open Control Menu, long hold on circle icon. Delete 1 icon. After that sign "+" will be created. Press + and select special option - Timer or StopWatch. :-)
