Mentioned this a separate thread. I've noticed that my watch is randomly rebooting itself and I lose any unsynced data, resets to last app data. Has anyone else experienced this. I tried a hard reboot, holding the button 15 sec, but it's done it once since then. Just had the watch a week so far
I had the same issue with my fenix 5x and both the seller and the manufacturer told me to take it back. Was not happy with garmin's QC of their expensive watch line hence I have the va3 now...
connect your watch to a computer and try deleting the activities, new files, remoteSW, and temp fit folders and then test your watch and see if it happens again.
if it does, I would reset the watch to factory defaults and go from there, or you can always swap it out if you dont wanna deal with it.
I've had this happen a few times on all versions of my Vivoactive (original, HR, and now 3) ... I usually do a hard reset and power on again. After that it's stable for quite a while.
