Hi from Sweden
In my Garmin connect app I have choosen km for the watch but the watch itself shows fahrenheit and weight in pounds and ft in altitudes. As a Swede I want celcius, kg, and meters. I have the Garmin connect app in swedish language and the garmin connect at my computer and are in metric and shows celcius and kg and such. But the watch shows distance in km so that is right
