Open your Garmin Connect mobile app. Select the menu in the upper left hand corner. Select "performance stats", then VO2Max. Scroll to the bottom of that page and you'll find your fitness age.

I have seen the fitness age listed with the VO2Max, but sometimes, there is no fitness age listed. Today, it just says "Good". The other day, it gave me a fitness age in the same spot. I guess this is another of the new "features" that will likely get resolved in a future firmware update.
  • Maybe I’m thick but in my upper left hand corner is notification (ios11) can get vo2 max via more but still no fitness age and cannot scroll down
  • There's something screwy going on with that lower panel and the fitness age. When I first got this watch I already had a Vo2Max of 53 from my 735 and since that watch doesn't have the fitness age that was all that was shown.

When I added the VA3 the watch gave me an initial Vo2Max of 47 and a fitness age of excellent for a 20 year old. Now several weeks later the Vo2Max score on my VA3 matches my 735 at 53 but the lower panel still says 47 and 20.

At least one other user and myself have support tickets in about this. It's been about a week and a half and I haven't heard anything back though.
  • I can see my VO2Max, and a % ranking for my age and gender, but no fitness age. I have had the vivosmart3 for a couple of weeks now, and have 6 VO2Max readings now....
  • Same here, the % ranking for my age group is there with the VO2Max, but the "fitness age" is no longer displayed on the current version of the connect mobile app
  • Fitness age is showing on my GCM. I'm on iOS 11.2 and GCM 4.1.4.2
