Thank you for posting that photo - I thought I had dreamt it! It does seem strange that there is no sleep data available anywhere on the watch. Hopefully they will add this (and Garmin Pay) very soon.
They had a picture of a sleep widget on the vahr too, and it never existed. I'm betting it's just a marketing mock up, as "sleep" is actually handled by the Garmin Servers and not on the watch.
