Should I be concerned about this? (35bpm heart rate)

My heart rate keeps snapping to around 35bpm when I'm awake and resting (while asleep, its around 60). My blood oxygen is fine, Im not particularly healthy or unhealthy, I dont feel faint or weak or anything, my blood pressure is more or less fine (maybe slightly high), and this is a true heart rate (I confirmed the result with a blood pressure cuff as well as by hand). It also snaps to a more reasonable level when active. Should I be worried?

Assuming you've confirmed the watch is correct. I would do the standard pulse check with the 2 fingers on the wrist while watching the clock. How to Check Heart Rate: 5 Methods and What Is Normal (healthline.com)

A resting pulse of 35 is not out of the realm of possibility. Mine is in the upper 30s range while resting and mid 30s while sleeping. Your pulse while sleeping should be lower, which is the weird thing about your sleeping pulse.

Also, nobody should be giving medical advice on this forum, other than to say you should always seek professional medical advice if there are any concerns.
