Yesterday both my Venu's sensor and touchscreen worked normally, and today I woke up with no data about heart rate, body battery, etc. I switched off multiple times by pressing the upper button for 30 sec, and then on after a minute, as suggested here at many topics, and unfortunately nothing changed.
I also noticed that after the touchscreen goes black it becomes completely unresponsive until switching off and on again.
The sensors on the back of the watch are completely out, even while charging.
DND is off. Do you guys have any guesses?
