Highest stress while I sleep

My highest stress levels in my days are almost always in my first few hours of going to sleep. They are very high, almost always large chunks in 75-100%. My sleep score is rarely above 50% and it always says I didn’t recharge well

I always take a moment before I read my sleep data to notice myself how I feel. The data about not feeling recharged after sleep rings true. I have always had trouble with being tired and waking up in the morning. What is this stress data telling me? 
does anyone else have this issue?

anyone find ways to reduce your stress while sleeping? I don’t drink, don’t eat close to bedtime, I’m fit etc
