Venu Issue with Jaybird Vista Earbuds constantly disconnecting

I have a refurbished Venu (Gen1) that i received as a warranty replacement. I also have a pair of Jaybird Vista Earbuds that constantly disconnect from the watch during activities. I can confirm that the earbuds are on the latest version of Firmware and I always get the issue. Any suggestions? New watch? New Earbuds?

  • Garmin are singularly unhelpful here. All my other devices connect fine. All I do is disconnect the headphones, "remove" them, turn the watch on and off, pair them again manually, and sometimes this works, sometimes it doesn't. Very annoying!

  • While this issue does not appear to be specific to Garmin products, we have reported the issue to Jaybird; unfortunately we do not have any indication of when they might be able to provide a resolution.
