Hi there, I have a Garmin Venu, purchased in March 2020. I usually charge it in my car on the way to work - got to work and it was at 78% so disconnected it and went about my day. I went to look at the time at one stage and it was dead - thought that was weird considering I had charged it earlier in the day however thought nothing of it and that I would just charge when I drive home - did so and got home. When I got home it gave me the blue triangle and advised it needed charging. I tried restarting it but wouldn't allow.
I ended up finding instructions online that you plug into a power source and press the A button for 30 seconds, this seemed to resolve the issue. I then went to bed and woke up with no issues. I again charged it on my way to work this morning as the battery was low yet again and the same thing has happened again - blue triangle yet sensors still working.
What's the go? I am pretty p*ssed off that a product that cost $550 is not seeming to last longer than 3 years.
