Venu Missing deep sleep indication

Why does my Venu show my deep sleep, if I wake up and check, then dissappear, after getting up in the morning, leaving me with just rem and regular sleep data?

Moved thread to Venu forum. Also, which Venu do you have? Venu (original), 2, 2 Plus, Sq, or Sq2?

I purchased it about the Jan of this year from Amazon. It was just identified as Venu, then later I purchased from the same source a Venu 2 for my wife. Hers records fine, mine seems to have the trait described! The back side implies VENU. The serial # is 622176835, if that helps!
