Hi
I have a Garmin venu that is not even 2 years old and I contacted my local Garmin service center and they asked me to send it in
I waited about 2 weeks to get a response from them and they said that they must replace the screen but I need to pay for it
I am really annoyed and disappointed with the service
Why must I pay for something that is not even supposed to happen with a product like this which is supposed to be in a league of there own
I specifically changed the settings on the watch so that the screen does not turn on for longer then 10 seconds and still this happened
What am I supposed to do now?
Must I live with a defective product or should I just go back to Samsung because they clearly have this problem under control
