Venu 2 hartbeat registration problem

I have a venu2 since 4 days. Before I had an vivoactive 3 and now I have the same problem with the heart rate registration. During a cardio workout, it suddenly doesn't register my heart rate correctly (e.g. average 120bpm and then suddenly drops to 75bpm).

Does anyone have a solution? It's very irritating end possibly a reason to send back the watch.

Ps. My husband has also an vivoactive 3 and with his watch I don't experience these troubles.

I’d re-post this in the Venu 2 forum to see if you get others experiencing this like you. (This is the regular Venu forum).

I’d guess it’s more of a SW issue but I don’t know. Check to make sure you’re on the latest version of the Venu 2 SW.
