Over the past 2-3 weeks, my Venu Sq has been shutting off for no apparent reason, even when fully or nearly fully charged. I'd say that it's happened five times recently, including just now (the battery is at 80%). To get it back I have to restart it, and then I have to recycle Bluetooth on and off on my phone. This is getting silly; the watch is less than a year old. I dumped my FitBit for the Garmin because the FitBit kept dying. Don't tell me the Garmin is doing the same thing now.
