Software update garmin Venu

I have tried to update my venu for the last three days. It restarts and then asks for the update again every 2 hours. I have manually turned it off and it still asks. I have it charged and I have reinstalled the app.

Is there a way to fix this?

I have done this twice and it is still asking foe the update, now it has stop counting steps.

Does it not show you the update to choose on Garmin Express when plugged into a PC? What happens exactly when you tell it to update when plugged in? If it won’t update when plugged in with Garmin Express, I’d call support.garmin.com and start a chat with them.
