Venu old Watch Face Keeps Appearing

I have a watch face that I loaded and removed from my Venu. It shows as not installed on Garmin IQ and it doesn't show in the watch itself. However, it's like a ghost that keeps coming back. I swipe left and go back and it's no longer displayed. How do I get rid of this ghost?

I have already reset to factor defaults and still no change. I will not delete from the Garmin QI screen - it only shows as uninstalled.

That’s odd! I’d do a hard reset by holding down the A button for about 10 seconds until it turns off (past any assistance notifications). Wait a few seconds then press A button briefly to turn back on. This should clear the memory.

I had the same issue. I resolved the problem by connecting the Venu to a Personal Computer and using Garmin connect application.
