Error Code 010, while trying to connect wifi.

I have been trying to connect to wifi from garmin venu, but unable to do so. I have checked previously provided solutions like hard reset and checking for wifi bandwith configurations, but still no luck. I am facing this issue for more than 1 year. Kindly address it asap

  • Hello .  I am sorry to hear of the Wi-Fi difficulties that you've been having.  Please first make sure that your watch is updated by syncing it with Garmin Express.

    How Do I Install Garmin Express?

    Next, you'll want to perform a hard reset of the watch.  To perform a hard reset, press and hold the power button on your watch.  Ignore the "Power Off" question and the assistance alert (if applicable) on your watch, just continue holding the power button pressed down until the screen goes blank.  Once this occurs, you may release the button.  Allow the watch to sit powered off for a few seconds, then you may power it back on by pressing and releasing the power button.

    If this does not resolve your issue, I encourage you to reach out directly to your local Garmin Product Support team, as they may want to start a case for this issue.

    To do this, type "support.garmin.com" in your address bar and use the Garmin Support Center to research your issue.  Once you get far enough in the search, you will see (at the bottom of the page) some contact options, which may include Call, Chat, and Email.
