Venu freezes during workout

I've had my Venu for just a few weeks over a year now. Up until this last couple of weeks, it has been working great. However, twice in the last week it has stopped working during the middle of a walk. I was able to start the activity, but didn't notice either time until I finished that the screen was black. It didn't react when I pushed either of the buttons. To get it working again, I had to take it off and hold onto the A button to reset it. When it rebooted, it did not even record the activity.

Also, I have tried to create a workout in the Connect app and send it to my watch, but it does not show up as an activity to do. How can I get it to show up on my watch?

Venu and Vivoactive 4 share very similar firmware and I was wondering why there are no reports from Venu users about freezes.

Garmin asked to reply to the tread with permission to contact you to gather details about the problem so you may like to post there if you want to help to sort out this problem.

After you create some workout and send it to watch it should appear under corresponding activity e.g. Strength.
