Watch not working...again

I’ve had the Venu just over a month now and have had about a week of glitches (battery dying within hours, constant software update alerts, screen not working, etc.). Support helped me a few days ago, and the same issues are happening. Surely there’s got a be a more permanent fix?

Hello! When you contacted support, did they have you reset the device to defaults? If so, where are you located?

They had me connect to my computer and delete certain files. It worked great for a few days and then it got glitchy again. I’m in the process now of returning mine and getting a replacement. I’m in the US.
